Top Down Ventures Acquires MSP Growth Hacks to Establish the IT Channel’s Trusted Source of Truth

Vancouver, BC — May 27, 2025 — Top Down Ventures today announced the acquisition of MSP Growth Hacks, the independent media and research platform founded by Kevin Clune. This strategic acquisition represents a significant step toward Top Down’s mission to build a unified, research-driven source of truth for the IT Channel.

As part of the transaction, Clune will join Top Down as an Advisor and serve as Head of Content and Strategic Partnerships. In this role, he will lead the expansion of Top Down’s content and research initiatives, including the launch of new brand properties focused on delivering high-quality insights, practical methodologies, and evidence-based analysis to IT service providers.
