1. Preparation

To successfully complete your Subscription Agreement, please ensure you have the following information readily available:

• Company Information: Business number and CRA details
• Payment Information: Bank account details including SWIFT

These documents are essential for processing your agreement and ensuring that all necessary legal and financial requirements are met.

2. Completion Process

Complete the form below to identify what document you are going to sign. Provide your email, name, nationality and specify whether you are investing as an individual or an entity:

3. Electronic Signature

Please go through the document and complete all required fields. Ensure you check all the initials and complete all the required ones and all that apply to you.

If you are dealing with trustees or managed accounts, please be aware that additional information may be required.

4. Specific Tax and Government Information

After completing the Subscription Agreement you are going to be prompted with additional Canadian (CRA) and U.S. (IRS) government documents to download, sign and email to us for reporting purposes. Here are the links as a reminder:
