As Head of AI Engineering, you will join the tech-management team as the leader for AI development initiatives, shaping and executing our AI strategy. You’ll guide teams in building AI applications that reason, adapt, and drive real impact. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor teams, enhance developer productivity, and ensure best practices in AI development, software engineering, and system design.
You will play a critical role in boosting developer experience, fostering AI-first product thinking, and embedding governance and ethics into AI-driven systems.
